Learn a safe technique for cleaning root canal system fins

A common question many dentists ask about treating a complex root canal system with narrow fused roots and fins is "How deep should I go when troughing out a fin?"

The logical answer which doesn't provide much useful clinical guidance is "as deep as safe".

In this clinical microphoto series the author shows a very useful clinical technique that provides very thorough cleaning of complex anatomy yet is very unlikely to lead to root perforation.
