After each course, take the survey found on the presentation page. When you're finished, click the submit button and our team will review your survey and process your document for CDE credits. We will email a link to print out your documentation of attendance whether live or self-instructional.
Most state boards define a live seminar as a seminar that is hosted in a live (not prerecorded) format and allows interaction by the attendees with the seminar presenter. By this definition, the "live" webcasts presented by PDL would count as live seminar continuing dental education units. Please check with your state's licensing board for exact requirements.
All live participants will be given documentation of attendance per your request.
Task List:
The PDL meeting is available as coursework provided in a self-instruction format which includes a testing mechanism supplied by the presenter. In order to complete self instructional CDE credits an evaluation form must be completed for each lecture. Links are located below each presentation, but they all link to the same page.
Task List:
ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Concerns or complaints about a CDE provider may be directed to the provider or to ADA CERP at www.ada.org/goto/cerp.
Continuing dental education credits issued for participation in the CDE activity may not apply towards license renewal in all licensing jurisdictions. It is the responsibility of each participant to verify the CDE requirements of his/her licensing or regulatory agency.
